FAQ

There are two ways to get a code/access.

1. If you are a private customer and have purchased access yourself, you have created your own code in the same process as you purchase access.

2. If you are a student at a driving school, your driving instructor will send you an email that you receive in your inbox. The email is used to verify your identity and allows you to create your own password.

General:
When you log in for the first time, you must enter your email and password. Never use data that has already been filled in.

In the email you received from your driving instructor, click on the blue text "Click here to confirm".
ATTENTION! If the email is more than 6 days old, it cannot be used. Contact your driving instructor and ask for a new one to be sent.

A new window will open where you can see that your email has been verified. On the same page, you'll see two empty fields, in the top field, type a code you remember and repeat that code in the bottom field.

For the code to be recognised by the system, it must contain the following: Minimum one capital letter, be at or above 8 characters long and contain at least one number.

Now click the "Create" button and you'll be taken to the login page, where you need to enter your email in the top field and the code you just created in the bottom field.

DRIVING SCHOOL STUDENT:
You need to fill in the email field with the email that the "Confirm email" is sent to. Then delete everything in the "Password field" and then type in the code you just created.

PRIVATE STUDENT:
You need to fill in the email field with the email you created the access with. Then delete everything in the "Password field" and enter the code you created when you made the purchase.

NOTE!
The code must contain at least 8 characters, have upper and lower case letters, and one or more numbers. Special characters can be used, but not a requirement.

On the login page (https://undervisning.drive4you.dk/Account/Login) there is a blue "Forgot password" link, click on this and follow the instructions.

Then you can create a new code.

NOTE!
If you use the SMS function to create a new password, this is NOT the code that comes in the SMS. It is only used to ensure that you are who you say you are. You create your new password as instructed and in the same way as via email.

General:

As we take your safety very seriously, the email you received from your driving instructor expires after 6 days.

If this has happened, the creation link no longer works.

Contact your driving instructor and ask him/her to resend the email.

Yes, you can extend your access as a driving school student.

If the access your instructor gave you has expired, you can still log in. Just NOT access to tests, book and videos.

When you log in, you will see on-screen instructions on how to turn your account into a "Private account".
When you do this, the system will log you out automatically, so log in again and you will get access to our shop, which you will find in your menu. Here you can now buy access without having to fill in a lot of data about yourself.

Both 2 and 4 month access is available and can be used for all types of re-learning. The product is better than "just" practising theory tests. Here you will be taught first.
