If you experience a test stopping prematurely, check your internet speed.

Take an internet speed test and check that you have enough speed.

Drive4you works optimally with a download speed of 20 Mbps or above.
If your download is lower, you should find a better connection.

HERE YOU'LL FIND ANSWERS TO MOST QUESTIONS

Running tests is not the same as watching a video on YouTube or browsing different sites on the web. Running exams is much more complicated. That's why it's important that you do it under the best possible conditions.

  1. Most important is your internet speed and whether the connection you have is good. Further down the page you can take a speed test. Start by checking if you have a download speed of 20 Mbps or more. If you have less than 20 Mbps, you may experience problems. REMEMBER! Having a connection that is, for example, 100/100 Mbps is not the same as having it via WiFi, so measure your speed. See this video from YouSee about WiFi.
    -
  2. If you use a computer and want the tests to run automatically, you need to set your browser to do this. All browsers, such as Safari, Google Chrome, Edge and Firefox, have more or less switched this off by default. At the bottom of the page you will find a guide on how to enable this. Failure to do so may result in the tests being cancelled. NOTE! This is a setting that manufacturers have chosen to introduce so that you do not visit a website that then bursts out with e.g. music or plays various videos without your consent. On YouTube, you also have to click to play.
    -
  3. If you are using a smartphone or tablet, automatic playback is not possible by default. Here you have to click for playback yourself.
    -
  4. Remember that your device must be up to date and meet today's standards.

There are two ways to gain access.

1. If you are a private customer, you can purchase access through our Shop

2. If you are a student at a driving school, your instructor will send you an email that you will receive in your inbox. It is important that you do what the email says within 6 days of receiving it, otherwise the email will no longer work for security reasons.

In our shop, you can pay with Visa Dankort and Master Card, but not Dankort alone.

In the email you received from your instructor, click on the blue text "Click here to confirm".

A new window will open where you can see that your email has been verified. On the same page, you'll see two empty fields, in the top field, type a code you remember and repeat that code in the bottom field.

Now click the "Create" button and you will be taken to the login page, where you need to enter your email in the top field and the code you just created in the bottom field.

As we take your safety very seriously, the email you received from your instructor expires 6 days after receipt.

If this has happened, the creation link no longer works.

Contact your driving instructor and ask them to resend the email.

On the login page (https://undervisning.drive4you.dk/Account/Login) there is a blue link "Forgot password", click on this and follow the instructions.

You will then receive a new email with which you can create a new code.

When paying in our Shop, a two-factor security authorisation from NETS appears after entering card details.
It is very important that you follow the instructions NETS sends and enter the code NETS sends to your mobile phone, as this gives you a good guarantee that no one is fraudulently using your payment card.

If you do not have a mobile phone that NETS can send to, you can click on "Use Nem Id" and use your key card.

In the menu there is a button to switch languages (Danish and English).
